IS CBD Oil LEGAL?
According to Federal law (the 2014 and 2018 Farm Bills), it is legal to sell hemp-based CBD oil in all 50 states. However, some states have not fully approved CBD oil unless it is zero-THC. So although we can ship CBD anywhere in the USA (as well as a long list of countries around the world) you should know what the rules are for your state.
The 2014 and 2018 Farm Bills made it legal to grow hemp in the USA. Hemp was banned for many years, but hemp is actually a very important commodity that has been popular and useful since ancient times. As I've learned about hemp, I think it's a shame our country has not been able to take advantage of all that hemp can offer, until now.

DRUG SCREENING
Will CBD oil show up in drug screen testing?
- Drug tests are looking for THC, the hallucinogenic ingredient in cannabis.
- CBD Oil contains only trace amounts of THC.
- It is possible to buy CBD oil that is completely free of THC.
- Studies show that CBD can stay in your system for several days.
However, if you are subject to drug screen testing we do not recommend that you take CBD Oil because there will always be some risk.
